We designed and monitored the CAT B fit-out and relocation to 30 Broadwick Street for a confidential client focused on digital technology.

The brief called for a flexible environment that challenged the standard open plan model, with shared desks, town hall working and a heavy emphasis on AV.

We designed the mechanical and electrical installation around sustainability and energy efficiency.

- DALI lighting control with daylight linking and bespoke feature lighting
- Reconfigured air conditioning and an upgraded BMS
- Underfloor power and structured cabling for flexible work areas
