Managing Director
ACIBSE
David founded TAP in June 2004. He was previously Managing Director of YRM Engineers and an Equity Member running the London office of Cundall Johnston & Partners, which he joined in 1997. A hands-on project leader and designer, David has led prestigious office, fit-out, education and leisure projects across the UK and Europe. He has written for the BCO and contributes to technical seminars and college lectures.

IEng, MIET, MCIBSE, CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant
Andrew began his career with a five-year training programme at building services consultancy FC Foreman and Partners. He held senior roles with consultants, design and build contractors and end users before joining TAP in June 2006. He has delivered numerous commercial projects across the UK, including office refurbishments and data centre facilities.
Director
HNC Building Services, BEng (Hons) Energy Engineering, MCIBSE
Lee started his engineering career in 1995 through an apprenticeship, going on to complete an HNC and a degree in energy engineering. He joined TAP in 2007 as Senior Electrical Engineer and has led shell and core developments, CAT B fit-outs, and residential, healthcare and education projects. Lee is a Chartered Member of CIBSE.
Director
BEng (Hons) Energy Engineering, CEng, MCIBSE
Rhys is a Chartered Engineer who joined TAP in September 2011. His experience spans the UK and overseas, across commercial, residential and education projects including office refurbishments, the detailed design of schools and colleges, and new build office developments, in both the private and public sectors.
We are always interested in talented mechanical, electrical and public health engineers and CAD technicians at every level.
