Case study

We designed a full CAT A services installation for LaSalle Investment Management, with BGY Architects, across two buildings in Soho. The scheme won a BCO Regional Award in 2017 for projects up to 1,500 sq m.

The brief

The buildings were stripped out, modernised and refurbished while retaining much of the original exposed fabric, creating a reception, open plan offices, meeting space, a courtyard and a roof terrace overlooking Soho. The building is now let in full to Lush as its London regional office.

Our role

We provided new mechanical and electrical services throughout to create a contemporary working environment.

What we delivered

  • BCO Regional Award winner 2017
  • Flow-through reception with feature lighting and access control
  • Direct and indirect suspended lighting with VRV comfort cooling
  • New 250kVA incoming supply and all-new electrical distribution
  • Low-energy lighting with DALI controls, and a new BMS
