Gartner’s new London office occupies levels 1, 3 and 4 at 8 Salisbury Square. The fast-track design and build fit-out was completed within six months of the client signing the lease, on time and snag free.
The brief
Gartner needed open plan and cellular offices, meeting, presentation and training rooms, phone booths, collaboration lounges and breakout space, all meeting the stringent criteria of the WELL Building Standard.
Our role
We developed Gartner’s draft Employer’s Requirements into a full detailed design package for the contractor, then were novated to Mace Interiors to manage the works through to handover, while continuing to represent the client on cost. Working closely with HOK, we also turned the requirements into a standard document for future Gartner projects.
