The Nest at 67 to 71 Beak Street, Soho, has won a British Council for Offices Regional Award in the category for projects up to 1,500 sq m.
We designed the full CAT A services installation for LaSalle Investment Management, working with BGY Architects. The two buildings were stripped out and modernised while retaining much of their original exposed fabric, creating a flow-through reception, contemporary offices, a courtyard and a roof terrace with views across Soho.
What made it work
- Direct and indirect suspended lighting with VRV comfort cooling
- A new 250kVA incoming supply with all-new distribution
- Low-energy lighting with integrated DALI controls
The building is now let in full to Lush as its London regional office.
