The Anslow Partnership is a limited company incorporated in England and Wales. We are a controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect

We only collect information that is relevant to the matter we are dealing with. This may include personal details such as your name, address and email address, and the business activities of the person whose details we are processing.

In limited circumstances we may also hold special category data, such as racial or ethnic origin, religious or similar beliefs, or sexual orientation.

Our basis for processing

We process personal data on one or more of the following bases:

  • It is necessary to perform our contract with you
  • It is necessary to comply with a legal obligation
  • It is in our legitimate interests
  • You have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time

How we use your data

We use your information to maintain records and to keep you informed about our professional design services. When you use the enquiry or feedback forms on this website, we use the details you provide to respond to you.

Who we share it with

We do not share personal data with any internal or external third parties. Data is stored with our service providers based in the United Kingdom, who provide IT and system administration services and do not share personal data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

By law we keep basic customer information (including contact, identity, financial and transaction data) for six years after someone stops being a customer, for tax purposes. Project-specific information may be held for up to 12 years.

Security

We keep the information you provide secure using appropriate technical and organisational measures. If a personal data breach occurs, we have procedures to minimise its effects and will liaise with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and with you as appropriate.

Your rights
